Apple Pie
Delicious apple pie to share with your loved ones.

Ingredients:
- 0.5 lemon
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 0.25 cup sugar
- 0.5 cup brown sugar
- 6 Honeycrisp apples
- 2 MacIntosh apples
- 1 box Irresistible Frozen Butter Puff Pastry (450 g)
Instructions:
- Three hours before starting, remove the butter puff pastry from the freezer.
- Preheat the oven at 400°F.
- Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
- Peel, core, and slice the apples.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, sugar, corn starch, and lemon juice. Toss to coat the apples evenly.
- Carefully transfer one dough to the pie plate abd trim the edges of the crust.
- Pour the apple filling into the pie crust. It should be really full.
- Add the remaining pie dough onto the pie.
- Fold the sides under to seal the pie crust.
- Use a sharp knife to cut vents in the crust.
- Place the pie on a baking sheet to catch any drips.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling. If the crust browns too quickly, cover the edges with strips of aluminum foil.
- Let the pie cool completely on a wire rack before slicing and serving. This allows the filling to set properly.
